Warranty and Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee

We feel confident that if you're a customer worth having you will find your experience with us satifying. We strive to give the customer the highest value in service and products. Notice we didn't say lowest prices. If you want that, shop at the flea market. We do try to keep the prices low and the speed of service prompt as possible without sacrifcing quality since product quality is a major factor of value to the customer. We don't try to be all things to all customers, just good at some things to all our customers.

Limited Warranty with Every Product

We warrant every item to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If an item sold by Kellogg Automotive is proved to be defective within 60 days of the purchase we will repair or replace that item. Warranty applies to the original buyer with original receipt. The liability of this warranty is limited to the value of the goods purchased and excludes normal wear and tear.

Our rebuilt and rebuilt exchange components carry an additional warranty as follows. Kellogg Automotive warrants our rebuilt components to be free from defects and to give satifactory service after installation provided the unit is installed within 12 months after the date of delivery, for a period of 90 days or 4000 miles operation, whichever occurs first for over-the-road vehicles, and 90 days or 250 hours of operation, whichever occurs first for off-the-road vehicles.

Returns

• Parts must be returned in original packaging (i.e. mfg box) within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of purchase price.


• Parts must be returned in new/rebuilt, saleable condition with all packaging, clean and in order.


• Parts that have been installed, used, disassembled, or altered in any way are not returnable.


• No returns on special orders.


• No return of a partial kit or set.

Core Returns

• Cores must be returned within 30 days to receive core credit.
  


• All cores must be complete and in rebuildable condition to receive full credit.
  


• Cores must be returned in the same box your new/rebuilt part came in.
  


• Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
